We are a HAMMER STRENGTH accredited facility boasting a range of both HAMMER STRENGTH and Life Fitness weight machines. Pin loaded and plate loaded we have a variety of machines to choose from as well as a large range of dumbbells, free weights and other accessories. We have dumbbells ranging from 2kg to 60kg.
