BEGINNER PACKAGE

Need help to get started? Our beginner package will be perfect for you! This covers all of the main compound lifts (squat, bench, deadlift) as well as a range of different machines to give you a well rounded introduction to the gym and help you gain confidence with the machines. You'll get 3 x 60 minute sessions for the price of 2 so you have plenty of time to work with your trainer and you save some money too!

PT SESSIONS & SUBSCRIPTIONS

Personal training sessions are run based on a program prescribed by one of our qualified trainers. This can be a free beginner program which you are entitled to with your membership or for a customized approach you can have one tailored to your goals. The custom program requires a one off payment which also includes a meal plan along with your customized training plan.
