INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED

SHRED is a fat loss focused program consisting of weighted workouts both H.I.I.T and body part split focused. Upon purchase you will be sent and our comprehensive pre-assessment form and have your calorie and macronutrient goals calculated for you. Your program consists of 2 x 4 week phases with a midway check in. This will allow the coach to make any adjustments to your nutrition for your second phase to aid results.
